  1. This was DELICIOUS! Very fresh and tasty! I was afraid it might be kind of bland, but it really wasn’t. I used whole wheat penne and sauteed some onions along with the garlic. I also replaced the wine with more chicken broth (cause I forgot to get the wine!). Be warned, it makes a a lot! This will definitely be a keeper in my recipe box. 🙂
